VTS Online Support Customer Service Agreement Please read the terms and conditions for recieving online support from VTS (Below). Upon agreement, click the “Pay Now” button to proceed. Once payment is complete, you will be directed to the VTS Online Support Page.

The following Online Support charges apply: $35 + Tax/30 minutes (1/2 Hour). 30 minutes (1/2 Hour) Minimum. Any time exceeding 30 minute intervals will be billed as additional intervals at the rate of $35 + Tax/30 minutes (1/2 Hour). You will be paying $35 + Tax/30 minutes (1/2 Hour) now and billed for any additional time beyond 30 minutues, which is due immediately when this session is ended. - Additional costs apply for hardware, software, supplies, and/or any items required to address the below REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s). - Additional costs apply for sub-contracted services required to address the below REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s). I agree to allow Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC to use any measures they deem necessary to attempt to address the customer REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s). I fully understand that this work order only involves addressing the custermer REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s) and any other issues/items are not the responsibility of Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC. I also agree with the following statements: - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC will not take any responsibility for the integrality of any data or lost data and they will not be held responsible for any issues related to the integrality of any data or lost data. - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC will not take any responsibility for the integrality of any existing software and they will not be held responsible for any issues related to the integrality of any existing software. - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC will not take any responsibility for any system virus and they will not be held responsible for any issues related to any system virus. - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC will not take any responsibility for any electrical or static issues, to include but not limited to ESD, that may occur as a result of hardware installation, repair, or configuration and they will not be held responsible for any issues related to electricity or static to include but not limited to ESD. - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC assumes that all software, hardware, and peripherals are legal and licensed as such. Therefore, Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC takes no responsibility for any illegal items. - Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC is acting upon my request and I will not hold Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC or any organization or person affiliated with Viscounte Technology Solutions, LLC responsible for any mishaps that may occur as a result of addressing the below REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s). - Furthermore, I fully understand that all payments are due upon completion and/or correction of the customer REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s). In some cases, the below REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s) may not be completed and/or corrected due to extenuating circumstances. In this scenario, a viable solution or verbal report stating the REQUEST(s)/DISCREPANCY(s) will be communicated. This, in NO way will negate payment for services rendered. Also, I am aware that additional fees may be applied to unpaid balances after today's date. I am also aware that any discounts applied may be removed if payments are made after today's date. Note: A $38 fee will be applied to the outstanding balance for each instance of a returned check (canceled check, non-sufficient funds, etc.). I have completely read this document, in its entirety, and I fully understand and agree to all of the costs, terms, and conditions contained within this document without any exceptions.
